Welding
Our welding department specializes in the construction of piping, pressure vessels, filters, and medium-small vacuum systems, all made from stainless steel according to our clients’ specifications.
We firmly believe that research and innovation are fundamental requirements for product quality, which is why our operators are trained to use the most advanced welding and tube and sheet metal processing technologies.
Welding services include:
- Manual welding TIG, MIG-MAG, LASER
- Automatic longitudinal welding 2-6 meters TIG-PLASMA-ARTIG
- Automatic circumferential welding TIG tubes from Ø 17 mm to Ø 114.3 mm
- Semi-automatic circumferential welding TIG-PLASMA-MIG up to 2 meters diameter
- Automatic welding for tube and plate heat exchangers orbital open-head welding
Rolling
Rolling is a processing stage that takes advantage of the deformability of sheet metal to achieve curvature radii. This process is used to create, for example, the cylindrical shells of pressure vessels.
Product Industrialization and Design
A very important part of our work is offering full support to the customer, which is why we collaborate with external technical studios capable of designing, sizing, or planning complex automation systems for plants. This decision allows us to assign various projects based on specific expertise, always under the supervision of our managers.
Pressure Equipment Certification
In order to be sold, pressure equipment must undergo rigorous testing and have detailed and precise documentation. We offer a complete service for the creation of pressure equipment, starting from customer-provided drawings or developing customized solutions. We actively collaborate with accredited bodies to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of quality and safety, ensuring an efficient path toward commercialization.
Finishes and Treatments
Surface finishes are a very important requirement for a product, whether for aesthetic needs or for the process itself. Our work begins with analyzing the client’s requests and needs to determine which raw materials to use and which solutions to propose. The most common manual finishes (such as satin finishing, polishing, etc.) are carried out by our operators, but we can also rely on a network of suppliers capable of meeting any technological and dimensional requirements.
Assembly
Our many years of experience and the expertise of our operators allow us to offer the assembly of complex systems. The availability of a dedicated area, served by overhead cranes, significantly enhances the speed and safety of the operations.
