IN.TE.CO., a company specializing in the processing of stainless steel tubes, has decided to invest in the new tube laser cutting technology with the goal of increasingly meeting its customers’ needs in terms of speed and precision.

Today, we are able to offer this new service to all our clients, with reduced delivery times and customization of frames and parts based on technical drawings. With its new production facility, alongside the existing one, IN.TE.CO. has created a dedicated logistics system for laser operations.

IN.TE.CO. has chosen to stand out in the processing and welding of process piping by investing in an ADIGE LT8.20 tube laser cutting system. This cutting-edge machine allows the creation of complex geometries for tubes and profiles, enabling the production of perfectly finished semi-finished products and innovative solutions for welding. The automatic loading and unloading system is an additional strength in managing materials and ensuring traceability, allowing us to offer our customers a comprehensive service with reduced delivery times, even for custom single pieces.

ACTIVE SCAN

ACTIVE SCAN

Active Scan allows for the correction of cutting geometry positioning on bent or deformed tubes. Deviations are measured using laser sensors and corrected in masked time; the necessary adjustments are applied in real-time to the part program, ensuring the expected precision.
ADVANTAGES: It compensates for any geometric deformations of the tube, such as automatically aligning through-holes.

ACTIVE TILT

The 3D Tilted Tube Cutter head, thanks to its rapid oscillating motion, enables extremely high productivity levels for both laser cutting and laser marking.
ADVANTAGES: It allows for perfect 45-degree cuts without trimming the tube thickness, facilitating the welding process.

ACTIVE MARKING

Active Marking allows for defining and adding parametric markings on parts. By setting the position, text, and dynamic data (such as time, date, part number, job number, etc.) in Artube, the machine performs real-time marking.
ADVANTAGES: Ensures part traceability after the cutting process, eliminating the need for internal labels.

Active Piercing optimizes the drilling time and improves process reliability, even when the material has inconsistent quality and thickness.
ADVANTAGES: Faster production, reduced production costs, and greater precision.

ACTIVE WELD

Active Weld detects the position of the weld bead on the outside or inside of the tube and adjusts the processing to achieve parts with the weld in the programmed position.

DESIGN PROGRAMS

With the installation of the new laser within the company, IN.TE.CO. has also decided to purchase the complete CAD and CAM package offered by the manufacturer. This provides the following programs:
• Artube for CAD and CAM operations; • Protube for transferring production batches to the machine;
• PartViewer for simulation.
The use of these programs ensures perfect synchronization between the technical office and production, allowing a complete overview of the parts and production batches.
